k2n Feeling Guilty helps you overcome any thoughts and feelings that you are to blame for being abused. It is the third App in the Breaking Free series which is designed to help men and women who were sexually abused when they were children or young people. Please work through the first App (free) k2n The Journey Begins before you use this App.
k2n Feeling Guilty aims to
- help you understand why you feel guilty or hold yourself responsible for the abuse
- help you challenge your thoughts and feelings about why you didn’t stop the abuse
- help you challenge your thoughts and feelings about who is responsible for the abuse
The second App in the series, k2n Keeping Safe is designed to help you cope with harmful coping
strategies and be able to keep a safe distance from your past whilst you work through the
exercises in this App.
If you struggle with anxiety or distress it may also be helpful for you to try k2n Safety Zone.
